Route Sentry problem: Local connection not doing anything

I have installed RS according to all instructions.

I start it up and set up which connection to use for int. and local (TelkomInternet and Axxess respectively.)

The connections connect, but no traffic goes through the local connection, I would've thought ftp.games.saix.net was locally hosted, but going there uses no local traffic.

Is the default routes file maybe not set-up to include ftp.games.saix.net? If so, what do I need to add?

Could it be something to do with me running it under a user account rather than administrator? Or maybe that my router's using PPPoE passthrough, rather than bridge mode?

I'll continue to experiment but if anyone has an idea let me know.

I ran RS as an admin from within my user account and it seems to be working.
