Route Sentry with Telkom

Ok well i have heard it is possible to set up route sentry with an telkom account alone. Is this possible to use local cap from telkom for gaming? I have a lvl 2 account, unshaped and unblend account from telkom. Will route sentry work?

if you want to use route sentry to split your local and international on one account it cant be done. Route sentry works with 2 accounts, 1 international and 1 local...
