Router & Account Problems

Hi there,

Please could someone give me some advice on this issue.

A long while ago I changed the username and password on my router and I can no longer remember it

I would "enter" it by typing 10.0.0.2 in my web browser then entering account options and logging in.

Now I'm trying to use my Ipeg DSL account but I have absolutely no idea how to activate it!
I cannot download any programs because the account I am on currently is local only! (example routesentry).

Please could someone help!

Press the reset button at the back of the router with a pen, this will remove any settings on the router and it will go back to the default factory settings, the password will be reverted the the factory password "admin".
