Router from HELL or Line Problem ???

Guys,

This is a plea to help your fellow adsl'er out. I dont know what to do anymore. I am so darn frustrated with my bloody router and adsl line that I can scream !

I have a Microcom AD 2651 router. This router has a whole host of settings and I think that I dont have the correct settings, however, I have tweaked all of its settings.

First of all let me post my SNR Margin and Line Attentu

SNR Margin:
Downstream 35.5
Upstream 20.0

Line Attenuation
Downstream 27.1
Upstream 15.0

Under ADSL config i can choose these settings:

Annex Mode Config
I know Annex should be set to Annex A

User Selected Annex Mode

Trellis (Error correction feature)

Handshake protocol:
Autosense - G.dmt first Autosense - T1.413 first G.dmt/G.lite T1.413 G.dmt G.lite Handshake Protocol

Wiring Selection

Bit Swapping

NOW, if I enable the trellis feature, I get Signal etc.. if i disable it, i dont get it. Which Hands***e protocol must i choose ?? What wiring selection ?? (Tip/Ring or A/A1)

Please help. In games on a server on my own I managed to get my ping between 55 and 60. But as soon as some1 else joins my ping ALWAYS REMAINS at a constant 60,62.

I had a no name brand router before this one, and before it broke I got between 38 and 45ms ping !!!

ITS DRIVING ME UP THE WALLS. PLEASE HELP ME ! I really doubt its the router, i dont know what to do anymore...

PS: My snr margin and line att changes each time i change the handshake protocol

Have you tried speaking to your supplier or looking at the support site?

bekdik i doubt incredible deception will give me any helpful advice, and there is nothing on their support site that i could find.....

Something else isnt lekka as well with this yellow DSL activity light flashing consistently. Now I found something in this post by pupa :

Now according to him, he says that the yellow should not be flashing ? Can someone just confirm this for me, if i am interpreting it right ???
