Hi There,
The technical document from ponder is a bit of a heavy read. I am not great on the technical specs of ADLS networking so I glanced through the document (thank you ponder) and did a bit of googling as well.
I suspect that the figure of 250dBm is not correct but a misreporting of the actual figure.
Most of the documentation I saw referred to output power in the range of 15-19dBm. SOme sites did reference misreporting specifically.
I dont believe the power output is related to your other issue you highlight.
