router keeps syncing on and off though the day/night

hey

i moved house like a year ago and my line as been stable until recently where all of a sudden my routher will like restart and resync. i called axxess about it and they suggested that we down my line to a 8mg line and see how it goes sort of thing.

or is there a program that will monitor my snr and attenuation sync's and resyncs ie connects and disconnects and then perhaps be able to build a report on that information , perhaps that would help ?

The router or its power supply might be dodgy. I had a customer's one do this and it was a bad psu.
