router led flikker

Hi, I got a telkom dlink 2750 u router.

the internet was off for a whole week.

then it came back.

The line led come on, but the internet access led comes on and then stays on permanent or starts to flikker. Why does it flikker.

When it flikker bad, there is no internet.

Telkom , my isp, don't no how to fix this, but the telephone line works well all the time.

The firmware is 1.68.
