Router Manual (Telkom Premium Combo)

I have been trying to assiste someone who has a Telkom Premium Combo ADSL Router.
He does not have the manual

I have looked on the 2c telkomphones site but with no luck

Does any one have the manual in PDF or able to point me in the right direction
