So my Belkin router has been set up with dual band Wi-Fi broadcast.
Some devices have been connecting to the 5Ghz and others to the normal 2.4Ghz.
These past few days I have noticed that the 5GHz disappears all of a sudden and cannot be picked up on any of the devices. If I go to the router home page, the setting for broadcasting the SSD is on. If I restart, it usually shows up again.
I have left these settings on default for the 5GHz Wifi-network:
Wireless Channel: Auto
Extension Channel: 40(5 for 2.4Ghz)
Bandwith: 20/40MHz
I did do a factory reset 2 weeks ago. Didn't have a problem before, makes me think these settings were different. Don't want to change stuff around if i don't know what I'm changing. What would you recommend for these settings?
