Router not connecting to network

So i recently just switched to rain, and i have an extremely frustrating issue.

I'm using a Huawei LTE CPE B593 router, i've followed the APN instructions but the sim just doesn't want to connect to the network.

Contacted them they told me its an issue with sim activation, so they sent me a new sim, only to run into the same issue again.

Any ideas as to what the actual issue code be? TIA

I've just tried the Sim Card in my phone and it works but not on the router
