Hi guys,

I have a Netgear router, and i think the AC adapter is broken during my Xmas holiday and I guess it's because of lighting.

Can someone advise where i can buy it? Thanks :)

Any old standard 12v DC power supply will work, as long as it outputs 1 amp (1000 milliamps) or more, and the plug fits.

Go to a Telkom store as they have power supplies with built in Lightning protection available.

You can try a computer store, some may stock or can order it in, but it will be pricey. Where do you stay?

Hi : )

I live around Sandton. Actually i am a new comer so not so familiar around here...
Any good suggestion?

Thank you : )

If you can get to Rosebank mall there is a Telkom shop downstairs near the movies that should be able to help you. Bring the modem with and ask them to test it.
