Is there any way of notifying someone of the status of the router/connection so that they can reboot or change config (locally/remotely) if there's a problem?
For example, I know there are sites that monitor your website and then sms/email/etc you to let you know.
Maybe a util that pings some site, when response "slow", do something.
I was luckily surfing when I noticed the line speed start dying drastically to the point where I couldn't even ping local sites. Rebooted router and everything came back up again. P2P back online
