Router struck by lightning

Is it possible for my motherboard to only take damage on the ethernet ports and whatever is connected to that after my router was struck by lightning? I can't connect to the internet and my other port which is connected to a NAS also doesn't work anymore. I tried an ethernet pci card and that also doesn't want to work. Any ideas?

The lightning was on Friday, and since i can't even connect to my NAS through the other port. It keeps searching for the IP address
