is any one experiencing the same problem i do lately with rain network?

my rain sim is connected to my hauwei routers which i use on a normal base, normally after the unlimited pack hours i leave it on the router to wait to use it again around 11 pm midnight, usually at that time my wifi connection will display a limited sign to show am no longer connected to the internet but lately there is something i can't explain, i woke up today at 6am to check my phone if the internet is connected as i usually check the news with it and again it displayed that sign to show limited.

so i proceed to turn it off to and on again and after going through that it still shows that am not connected to the internet and i decide to remove the sim from my router and re put it again, but the same problem persists.

then the last option i have in my mind is to put it on my phone and then the network is back.

what surprises me is if I put it on my phone the network works and while on the router now it works when it wants to work, any one experiencing this problem and care to share why it's doing this and how to solve it?

It’s really strange honestly what model router you have ?

but put the router off at 6 and on again just before you hit the bed .. I do that ...

I have had a similar problem with my closest tower. Every day from 11pm to about 7am my router or phone or any other device switches to "no service" just like it does when load shedding occurs.
A tower further away with the same devices does not have this problem but the speeds are terrible. at 0.1Mbps.
Not that my closest tower is much better but at least I get 0.5 Mbps from it. (It has come to this)
I have had the problem for the last 6 weeks.
Was logged on 21 April. Rain still looking into it apparently.
They only respond after 3 weeks asking if it is better but if they have not worked it they are hoping everything will magically disappear.

okay i will try to do that and see if the problem persist or not and let you know, am even using the sim right now but if i put it back to the router it wont work.

Try it bro .. and see maybe you will have to reset your router and see

I have had a similar problem with my closest tower. Every day from 11pm to about 7am my router or phone or any other device switches to "no service" just like it does when load shedding occurs.
A tower further away with the same devices does not have this problem but the speeds are terrible. at 0.1Mbps.
Not that my closest tower is much better but at least I get 0.5 Mbps from it. (It has come to this)
I have had the problem for the last 6 weeks.

this is bad and hope they find a solution also for you, rain network customer service is very bed, i always have a similar problem with my downloads speed too, i can't do anything with my network and have also logged a enquiry with them and the only solution they gave me was to make sure my router is positioned alone without any other device that transmit waves because it might interfere with my connection and that if my router is under a wall that too disturbs my connection.

I have tried it and it doesn't work, the only thing left for me now is to log another enquiry and if they dont help me this time month end i part with with this service provider because they are useless for me, funny thing is today wen i work up around 4, i turned on my router and see my emails and i was met with the massage if your router does not have internet connection DNS what what and i removed the sim, tested the router and it was the same thing and when i put it on my phone it now works and when you return it to the router the same massage again, anyway thanks for your help.

Don't expect any resolution.
I sent a DM to @rain_mobile and it has been ignored just like my many support requests.
