I've read a few threads here and there about this product.
Is there a definitive site one can visit to download and learn about it ?
I'm with Telkom (9Gb capped) and a Netgear DGN2200 router.

Please note that you cannot simply split the local & international parts with a single Telkom account, unless you make use of the exploit.

Unfortunately you'll have to get a new ADSL modem if you want to split the traffic, since your ADSL modem doesn't have bridge or half-bridge modes to begin with!

Thx Pada... I do have another Billion router which does bridge mode.
Only problem is I don't know what that exploit is :)

I haven't actually tried the exploit, because I will never use a Telkom account, so please don't blame me if it doesn't work ;)

The exploit requires an absolutely stable ADSL connection.
You have to wait till your international cap has been reached, and then reconnect.

Once you've reconnected, you'll get a new IP address with that connection and it will only have local only access.
When the new month starts, you connect to the same account again, while keeping the last month's connection still active.
The new connection should now have international access, while the last month's one should have local only access.

Now you can actually split the traffic between those 2 accounts.

The Internet Solutions local only exploit is so much easier: just dial the account and prevent it from dropping, and then you'll keep your international connectivity.

I've used the telkom exploit a bit, until the power tripped : /
