Routing different applications through different connections in Vista

Basically this is what I want to do.

I have two Internet connections:

- Uncapped 512kbs ADSL which I connect to with my laptop through a wireless connection to the router

- Uncapped HSDPA which I connect to through a Huawei E1550 USB stick.

What I would like to do.

All normal traffic, like WOW, Skype, VoIP and browsing must go out through my wireless NIC and the ADSL Line

All torrent traffic, namely all utorrent traffic to go out through the HSDPA connection.

Is this possible in Vista and how would I go about doing this?
