Routing issue with some ISP's? (mobile)

I recently noticed that some websites (for example ubuntu updates and itunes) are not accessible anymore on both telkom mobile and cellc mobile.

Anybody having the same issues?

Using quad 1 and quad 9 atm. Will try other DNS servers.
