RPM please help me!!----- IBURST

I will get the techies to verify and double check if our bandwidth meter is correct. WE absolutely have no reasons to steal our customers bandwidth in fact we are looking at ways and means to increase cap for the same price.

Seriously ? Look why dont the tech dept even get back to me i mean this is really terrible management of real problems.
I promise you i have better things to do with my time than argue and fight with WBS over bandwidth if i really used it.
 
I just received an e mail from ICASA saying that they are investigating this matter and have given me a reference number. They will be in touch.

Lets see what happens.
