RS doesnt seem to like the IP address' that South Africa uses. Before I came over to the UK I could never download from RS and recieved the same error, but now in the UK I can use the service to the full extent. I have no idea why, maybe its worth asking them!

many reasons for this which have all been discussed here before, just do a simple search for 'rapidshare'.

1. you're on a dynamic ip, which was assigned to someone else who recently used rapidshare.
2. rapidshare is picking up a change in your ip address from the time when you find the file to when you click download, caused by the saix transparent proxy.
3. multiple south african users on the transparent proxy have already downloaded from rapidshare using up the allocated free cap (we're effectively 1 person to them if we share the same transparent proxy ip)
