Horrible absolutely horrible we stuck in a contract with them pay for 50/50 get no support, queries don't get answered, international speeds suck. They are clueless they can't even program a mikrotik right for 2 years we paid for 50/50 business and got 25/35 because they never knew how to clamp the speed correct and when we argued with them they said we can't cancel since we signed a contract.

2 People in the office and this is my single thread... Other person is only on email..

M247 their routing to London is often 170ms to going via east coast...

They took like 4 months to implement a new contract and in that time billed us like R5500 for a 50/50... new rate is like R2100 or something...
