Can anyone tell me the connection type for RSAWeb, DHCP or PPPoE?

These guys seem to offer zero support once the sale is done. Don't answer their phone. Don't respond to emails. And don't call back.

Day 1 and already regretting it

Can’t you just look on your device and see?

But yes worst ISP I’ve ever dealt with. They treat their enterprise customers much the same.

I'm trying to set up my device.

They called back - so all sorted.

EDIT: RE: Service - I honestly don't get why these guys make it so difficult, and its not just RSAWeb - I know you get general mom and dad users, but they should be able to figure out fairly quickly if a client knows what he's doing.

So what was the conclusion for the next person who comes searching for the same answer?

I was under the impression DHCP or PPPoE is determined by the infrastructure provider (Vumatel/October/Openserve) and not the ISP.

DHCP - I was under the same impression, and it seems correct.

I was trying to troubleshoot why I had an IP and email saying the account is activated, but no internet. (and the router logs weren't showing any issue).

Turns out you need to go to activate.rsaweb.co.za and type in an activation code that gets SMS'd to you (I hadn't received the SMS - or instruction to hit the link)
