RSAWeb down in my area

Not to be funny... but going in to the office to drop off a router... they aren't the most organised... no wonder this has happened AND i doubt they are switched on enough to think that far. If i had issues - id start stalking the directors. this situation + 7 days no connectivity... is not only irritating but ends up costing time and money
I went into their Offices a while back, had the same feeling as you.
Headless chickens..

CISA has released a recovery script for organizations that have fallen victim to ESXiArgs ransomware. The ESXiArgs ransomware encrypts configuration files on vulnerable ESXi servers, potentially rendering virtual machines (VMs) unusable.

Been a few days since they've provided any detailed status updates. Does anyone here still have services with them that aren't yet fully resolved?

RSAWeb hit by ransomware attack

An outage that took down RSAWeb’s whole network on 1 February, including its fibre, mobile, hosting, VoIP, and PBX services, was a “highly sophisticated cyberattack”.

This is according to a letter from RSAWeb CEO Rudy van Staden to the company’s clients, sent late on Sunday evening.

Yes. My fibre Internet with them is still intermittent.

Holy crap this incident is still happening.
Customers are still complaining ayayayayayayayyyy

I think the hamsters powering the servers are very very tired now

Weird, since their last Twitter update about it was 6 days ago. You sure the issues you're seeing are network-wide and not localised to your area/service?

Honestly RSAWEB made a lot of progress since that comment of mine.
Kudos to them for making it work again.
