I imagine Cloudflare is referring to traffic levels and not host recovery.
Did RSAWEB ever issue a full RCA of how it happened????
Like not what happened but how it happened and why there was no air gap.

Where you? Based seems there is some issue on Vuma, Cloudflare radar is a few hours behind, but looks like traffic was normal this morning so far.

I'm on Octotel in Cape Town (Southern Suburbs). My folks are also RSAWeb / Octotel and are also down at the moment. Weirdly a colleague a couple of blocks over from them is online just fine for some reason.



RSAWeb's support sucks. Anyone thinking of signing up, just don't. Go to @Atomic Access instead, I never had issues while I was with them and support was a cut above.

Maybe the Test failed, you never know. not sure if needed would have thought the daily Eskom test would negate the need for such tests
