RSAWEB Misleading Advertising

I have been a RSAWEB Fiber Client for more than 3 years paying for a 100/100 line R845pm with Metro Fibre. The past 3months I see that I am getting charged R954.99pm for a 100/100 line. On https://shop.rsaweb.co.za/ the Price shows R825pm for a 100/100 line so I phoned RSAWEB and RSAWEB said sorry that price is only for new customers. Nowhere on RSAWEB's webpage it states new customers only, and why is all the other fiber providers have their normal prices below R900 for a 100/100 line on their websites ?

Just move for another deal with another isp.. Simple.. Loyalty means nothing these days.. All about maximum profit

if you not happy its simple, take your money somewhere else

move to another provider, you will be a new customer and bag a better deal

Have RSAWEB at work, our 36 month contract expired we were paying like R6000 odd for our business line, and they kept billing us. I wanted to change providers and went to my boss who said to get other options and when we told them we were leaving they said the current deal they can give us is R2500 for our business line.

We demanded a refund since they were overcharging us and they gave us "you didn't ask for a better rate so we never gave you one"...

We overpaid for like 6 months or so...

Demand they give you the better rate or tell them you are leaving... If they say no, just leave to a better ISP.
