Since 2 June loadshedding I am without LTE.
First did RSAWEB not respond accept for ticket numbers sent on my emails.
If I did not contact them they did not respond.
Since Thursday & Friday I had feedback. Telling me my LTE is reported to MTN.
Since Tuesday till today Saturday I had no LTE connection.
Anyone with a bit of understanding could realize due to loadshedding the rooter from RSAWEB is not functioning.
The CEO of RSAWEB receive a lot of money from his clients.
Sure a back up plan not to be an inconvenience to his clients should be in place.
As a SASSA pensioner they charged me a full month for LTE which was only activated on 8 March 2021.
In my June cancellation month they deduct R495 for LTE of which I had only 1 day of use due to rooter not working.
Does the CEO of RSAWEB care?
Anyonesupervising the after service?
