RSAweb called me today and denied they had supplied the TP-Link EC120-F5 as this was an "old model"

I will return it to their Sea Point office next week in the box and packaging it came in

What was their reasoning?

"The actual router you have in your house that came from us didn't come from us"?

They should have just said sorry about the hassle and swapped it out for a newer one?

That's what a good ISP would have done, apologise, say it must have slipped through the cracks, we're sending a courier to collect the old router and deliver you the correct one.

Yes, but RSAWeb is not a good ISP and their Google ratings must be fake...there is no way they are as good as those rating make you believe they are.
