RSG on DSTV HD PVR

Family of mine are desperately looking for a way to get a HD PVR to play RSG (Radio Sonder Grense). They live in a remote location without radio reception. I scanned through the radio channels on my HD PVR, and I'm sure that RSG is not there.

Do anyone know how to access RSG on a HD PVR?
 
It is not on the DStv bouquet, but on Sentech's Vivid service. The HD PVR is locked into DStv bouquet only...

Correct - there are no radio stations on TopTV. They do have ASTV - the Afrikaans TV channel - but thats seems pretty #$%^ to me.

Cheapest would be to buy a cheap standard decoder and either hook it up in Extra View mode (which would be free if they have the PVR access fee already) or run a separate cable from the LNB to the extra decoder and just tune in the FTA channels.

Thanks, I'll suggest this to them.

It's a shame though - I don't see any reason why the station can't be available on the PVR while it's available on the standard decoder.
