If I have a PHP site that automatically pulls a feed off a provider and displays them (and updates every 15min with hopefully new content based on the date of the rss feed file on my side)

Will this impact on SEO at all if I have those entries listed for however long the feed has them listed for?

Do you recommend a more permanent way of storing the data of the feed in a database perhaps rather than just to rely on that?

Are you trying to increase your rank by linking to RSS or are you worried that by linking to RSS you'll decrease your rank?

Aren't there any html meta tags to tell the big G to ignore a section?

I don't necessarily want them to ignore the section at all. Actually, i'd like them to crawl it so I can get organic keyword ranking on the products listed on my site.

Because the products will change (theoretically) every 15 minutes based off of the RSS feed, I was wondering what impact this will have on SEO. Obviously google would have to crawl my website more frequently to get the newest data. But because it's from an RSS, I was wondering if it had any impact on SEO at all
