Rugby World Cup in 4k

Will SS be broadcasting the RWC in 4k on DStv Now, like they did with the Fifa World Cup? I read that the games will be broadcast from the source in 8k.

If SS won't be doing 4k, is there any other source I can try? Even a High Seas stream will do. I'd be stoked for a Kodi plugin that can do the job.
