Run Android 10 on your Windows computer

It's a cool concept, but app developers don't design interfaces for desktop.

"Open source operating system Bliss OS will now let users run Android 10 on any Linux, Windows, or Chromebook PC or tablet."
Please help me understand: It does not sound like it will run as a virtual operating system. When you then install it on a computer, it ceases to be a Win or Linux PC, but becomes an Android PC, no?

Tried Bliss 2months ago on some thin terminals i've been using Ubuntu on,wouldn't boot
Wonder if that's sorted now

Don't need Bliss OS. I've installed Android through VirtualBox before.

I have successfully run Android 8 in a VM (VMWare), both as installed on a virtual hard drive and from a usb device. Can't see 10 being any different.
