Running a telkom and openweb account at the same time??

Is it possible to setup a telkom and openweb account and run them at the same time? And if it is, how do I setup it?

And if I download something will it use bandwith from both accounts?

I have a TP-LINK W8901G router.

Can any 1 please help?

Yes that's possible thank god

Easiest way is to put your router in bridge mode and use PPPoe (Routesentry). The forums here have everything u need. Search away
