Running OSX on normal PC

It kind of makes sense for common libraries. The problem with the GPL styled license is that if you use a single library that is GPL'd and bundle it into your apps, then you have to release the source of your apps.

Which do you think is the better of the two? I suppose they both have their ups and downs.

I think each has it's merits, and it depends on a case by case which way to go. Developers add a lot of value to opensourced projects under both license types.

Unfortunately not, it is friday after all. As such my advice would be just buy an new intel mac and forget about windows. :)

That would be my advice regardless of the day of the week :D

As complicated as it is getting OsX running on a generic pc it's the complete opposite wrt getting windoze to run on Mac hardware.
