So annoying when people run on MTB tracks - especially when running with headphones.

Runners on MTB tracks with headphones are pure idiots. They deserved to be knocked over, maybe they will learn, doubtful though.
I don't see a problem for trail runners to run on MTB tracks. There is just a common courtesy needed that the runner should give way as it is easier for them. Running with headphones in general is just stupid. You should always be aware of your surroundings

Yep, 100% agree. I'm also a trail runner and MTB trails are sometimes the only ones available in certain areas.
Where to do run in PTA? I tend to practice at Fairie Glen reserve. Still want to do Groenkloof as well one morning.

Groenkloof, Voortrekker Monument, Fairie Glen, Moreletakloof, Rosemary Hill Farm and Hedianga Farm (which is close to me and quite technical and also my favourite).
We need to arrange a MyBB PTA trail run club. Hedlanga looks like 'fun'. PM me if you are keen to have a run together.
