Spent 2 hrs last night and upgraded my Cingular 8125 (That's the equivalent of Imate K-Jam) from WM 6.0 to the latest 6.1 Rom.
Got to say I love the new OS, improved sms interface, now it's like you chatting with someone and scroll down to see all the msg.
More free RAM after PPC booted.
Very noticable speed improvement from 6.0. Now the phone responsed much faster and it's enjoyable (not a pain anymore)to run applications on it. It's very possible that 6.1 has some optimization for TI 850 CPU.
I am using cooked non-English ROM. 5.2.19195
