Anyone know the size offhand?

I have 6.5" splits and 5.25" coaxial ... but I'd prefer that there is no cutting when installed.

Is this a trick question ? I mean who is going to understand what you mean exactly. What are you trying to do ? build door panels or build a box enclosure.

The standard speaker enclosure/housiung in the doors ... I'm looking for the size of these, so that I can simply put my current speakers in there without cutting ...

Maybe use headphones instead? That way you will not have to cut anything, well unless you feel like Van Gogh.

Also, we will not be able to hear you listening to Ge Korsten when we stop next to you at the robot
