Should there not be a Handicap system at the World Cup, whereby the weaker teams get a few points before the Games start.

To be honest, after the completely unbiased way in which the ref presided over the SA v Scotland game I honestly believe the minister of sport should send a letter to the IRB informing tham that if they dont sort out their refs then SA is not going to take part in any IRB sponsored event again.

Have had apology e-mails from every single Aussie I know after what that ref did.

The way SA (..they don't deserve to be called Springboks after they way they played vs. the Men in Skirts) played last Saturday, they would need one moerse lot of handicap points just to ensure they make the last 8.

No need for handicap points, just don't let refs who are handicapped ref. Really, you can't expect a partially blind geriatric who had a hemispherectomy to be able to be a competent ref.
