Rx Signal stats (RSSI) B38/41

Rain is finally broadcasting B38/41 is my area and The speed is not that good but consistent 5/6 Mbps download & 0.1 upload, but my only problem is I get a very high ping about 100 > ms and sometimes the connection disconnects and connect again after few seconds

Rx Signal stats
RSRP -112/-113
RSRQ : -6
SINR : 5
RSSI :-87

(Using XPol-6)
accordingto them the tower is close less than 1Km but it doesn’t show on my dashboard , I need help to Improve RSSI since I believe its the coz of the problem I am experiencing. The consultant told me to reset my APN settings .
Is there anyone who has experience this problem and will APN settings reali help with my situation
