7.5kva will power your whole house , all appliances lights etc except for your geyser.

A 7.5kVA will power a geyser too. I did a whole 4 bedroom home and flat with its own geyser, so that is two geysers. You just have to stagger them.

I would have kept it. That's what I did. Redundancies. This is SA. Cannot have enough redundancies. The solar installer did a neat job connecting the generator to my inverter and testing the generator.
