Phone has a few scratches - nothing serious but not flawless - display has a few small scratches too as displayed by the pic. Perfect working condition otherwise.
It's rooted with Paranoid Android KitKat 4.4, but I will flash the stock HTC Sensation Ice Cream Sandwich 4.1 ROM if required. (Paranoid Android 4.4 KitKat is so much better though!)
