My iPhone 5S charging port was playing up (only charged after having the cable plugged in 3 or so times) and I booked it in at Vodacom World. I received a brand new replacement phone - they confirmed it was new and not a replacement. The warranty on the original phone expires on 20 December 2014 but Vodacom has told me that there is a 3 month warranty from the replacement date (I don't have this in writing and I don't have experience in this).
