Been pondering an upgrade myself options:
1) new pc for about 35k (i7 12700k, 3070, 16 gig ram, 1tb nvme 7000/6000, B660M MB)
2) xbox x + play station 5 for it's price reation
3) this deal or price relation a xbox x + tv

I'd would probably opt for 1 looking at the mb and gpu having recently done a build for my SO.

Haha yeah reducing it by R 250 a week till it sells but it does come with an OS if that helps, was around R26k as we had those ridiculous price increases last year. I actually want to get a PS 5 and an average gaming laptop to play (dota, warzone, css)

Build above looks good but think the 3060ti is close to the 3070 and should be a couple grand cheaper
