S710: Windows Mobile 6.1 and Opera

Okat, so I finally "upgraded" from a neat little Nokia 6230i to the world of smartphones, which makes me a n00b in this - so forgive me.

Is there an update to upgrade to Windows Mobile 6.1? Also, how do I go about installing Opera Mini.
