Yep. Never take my seatbelt off since I learned about air pockets. I do loosen it liberally though.These poor sods werent strapped in in turbulence and heads went through the overhead luggage compartment lol...
Those guys didn't wear seat belts.So much for the seat belts then :/

Just wondered with these Turboprop SA Airlink Planes -
Are they less stable in the air than an engine plane. Is one more likely to get motion sickness in one of these than say a 737?

If you prone to air sickness, best place on any plane is directly over the wing.
Yes, it does affect your view, but it is the most stable part of the plane, and strongest.
This could also be the area with the most noise, but nothing some earplugs could not fix![]()
