SA cell number prefix?

What I have noticed about the porting website it isn't currently up-to-date. If your number is with Virgin Mobile*It is serviced under CELL C* which means if you make telephone calls making use of free minutes *supercharge*they won't apply.

I make use of the porting website on a daily basis as my phone allows 3 sim cards and make use of the best package

pretty interesting thread.
would like to know, when will 077 and 085 be in use? also, out of interest, why are so many prefixes being open? do the networks not recycle the numbers on a monthly basis? or is this a way to secure more subscribers over the next 50 years?

Ranges fill up quick, 6 SIMs just for me.
