SA communications authority concludes spectrum auction

Cell C ahhaha.. Completely bankrupt company without any future unless they keep getting people to throw billions at them and they qualified for the auction.

Who said you cannot keep a company going that is only producing debt.

Cell C should just become a government entity, they seem to operate at the same level.
