SA Connect update from the DoC

I think a good start would be to give every school a 10Mb business uncapped ADSL line and computer lab. Then pay the teachers a decent salary and we will see more computer science graduates instead of BA's :)
 
I've been trying to keep an open mind on Carrim's new direction. This sounds like a pre-election update without much substance but it's certainly the best we've heard for a few years now and I hope he keeps his job long enough to show progress
