SA Craft - new Minecraft server!

HI Guys!

So a while back I posted a little bit on me starting a MC server well.. I finally have it up and running. For now I wont post too much info on it as its still work in progress but it is running and free for all. Please no griefing! no one likes griefers!

Worldedit (not that many will be able to use this)

I will make available a Team speak server for this server as well for those that prefer to hear ones voice rather than look at text

if any one has any suggestions for me give me a shout either by posting here or by PMing me

please note that this server is still in a so called Beta stage. This means there may be downtime and lag on it. This is also why there are only 20 slots.

I tried to connect and check out the dynmap but neither worked. Any details on when it'l b up. Keen to check it out

i took it down for a short while because i was getting a bottleneck on my line. realized i didn't have a firewall set up. :wtf:

it should be running in about a min or so

You might want to look at this though.... that's going to make for a very laggy bit of gameplay.

The server is doing a backup to an FTP account atm. forgot to open an ssh port for me to access from work... so i cant tell how long it will be. when the upload finishes it should drop.

didnt think about pinging it. thanks

did a ping test from work and its now dropped to sub 100ms. seems the backup is done now

it seems my 1meg line just cant handle the load. which i find strange. i can play fine locally but trying to play from anywhere else and the map just doesn't render..
