I am also on the 4 Mb package in Greenstone Ridge. Only had the connection for a week but my results have been very mixed. Some days I have been able to stream Netflix fine, others (like the last few days) have been a disaster. Horrific quality buffering every minute or so.
Current speed test is sitting under 1 Mb but the technician did warn me during the install that they were having issues after upgrading a lot of their customers.
So far I am not impressed.

So I moved in to Greenstone Crest in the beginning of this month and I spoke to the estate manager about the internet situation. My understanding is that the body corporate is in communication with SADV about the poor service.
For now, I'm using Telkom's LTE. Works very well.
