SA electronics components forum or electronics components sales

Hi,

Does anyone know of an electronics forum where chats can take place with regards to electronics or a place where electronic components are traded as the majority of popular sales sites have minimal electronics test equipment for sale, specifically looking at South African sites?

everybody imports from China, I dont think there is anything left in SA that sells wholesale anymore.
