Developers of the Debian Linux distribution have re-elected Jonathan Carter as the leader of the free operating system project.

Been using Debian 10 for the past 18 months on a few VPS.
Very happy - stable, simple, quick, not bloated - recommended.

Also Raspberry PI OS is derived from Debian.
